Exciting Updates to UCLA Mindful Pricing
UCLA Mindful is committed to providing evidence-based mindfulness programs that promote well-being and resilience. Due to policy changes we can no longer offer scholarships. However, to keep our programs affordable and accessible, we have lowered our prices by about half. We hope this makes it easier for more people to participate and benefit from mindfulness education.
We’ve also launched a Supporter/Benefactor Donation Program—an optional way for those who can to help sustain our free resources like the UCLA Mindful app, daily drop-in meditations, and weekly free meditation classes.
